I just stopped back to your blog to check out what you’ve been up to and wanted to say hello!

Regardless of your recent challenges…it certainly sounds like you have made some incredible progress. I would love to see some of their work.

Also, don’t forget that almost every organization is a mess on the inside. Even the companies that I completely idealize…I talk to people that work there, and they say it’s a disaster.
