I just stopped back to your blog to check out what you&#039;ve been up to and wanted to say hello!

Regardless of your recent challenges...it certainly sounds like you have made some incredible progress.  I would love to see some of their work.  

Also, don&#039;t forget that almost every organization is a mess on the inside.  Even the companies that I completely idealize...I talk to people that work there, and they say it&#039;s a disaster.  

Alright...well I&#039;m going to get back to work but just wanted to say hi.
